Hiring Process

Against All Odds Integrated Community Care hiring process is intended to meet state and regulatory agencies standards. Trainees must be committed to ensuring the health, safety and welfare of all youth in care, company mission, vision and goals. Good character, professionalism and high standards are essential for all potential Against All Odds Integrated Community Care employees.  

Step 1 – Check Behavior Health Technician and Counselor requirements for eligibility

  • If your experience meets state requirement then you are able to proceed in applying for an open position, please contact us and our Human Resource representative will provide you with instructions for submitting an application for employment.

 

Step 2 – Submit Application with Resume and References

  • Our Human Resources department will review all applications and determine which applicants will be contacted for interviews

 

Step 3 – Interview

  • If you are invited to schedule an interview at our administrative office, please expect to meet with multiple team members as deemed appropriate. Some positions may require multiple interviews.

 

Step 4 – Offer / Hiring

  • If selected you will be presented with a job offer as well as information to complete the hiring process.

 

Step 5 – Getting Started

  • Welcome to Against All Odds Integrated Community Care! Once all required documentation has been complete and reviewed a start date will be determined. All new trainees will attend orientation and partake in arm distance training at their assigned location by their supervisor.
